A log book service is a recurring car service that is carried out in accordance with the guidelines provided by the vehicle’s manufacturer.
Will I lose my New Car Warranty if I don't go back to the dealer?
No, as long as a licensed repairer services your car according to your car's logbook, your warranty will not be impacted whatsoever. There is no requirement under the Australian Consumer Law for a vehicle to be serviced by a Dealer in order for the consumer guarantees and manufacturer’s warranty to apply, provided the service is accordance with the specified requirements by a qualified mechanic or service centre. I have lost my Log Book, do I need it?
No. We keep a detailed record of the servicing and repairs that we carry out on your vehicle.
Do you have Loan cars and how much do they cost?
We do not have loan cars but we do offer transportation within the Maryborough town limits.
Do you provide Digital reports for the work you have done? or a digital report of what's wrong with my car?
We can send your invoices and reports by email upon request, but our default is a paper copy of your invoice.
How long will the service take?
You can ask one of our team members by giving us call or via your online booking enquiry. Will will call you to confirm this information.
How much will my service cost?
Pricing varies greatly depending on make, model, odometer readings etc. So please ask one of our team members upon booking or by giving us call.
How can I pay for my Service?
We take eftpos, cash, credit card or AfterPay on collection of your vehicle.
When are you Open?
Paul Tidyman Automotives workshop is open Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. We are closed weekends.
What is the earliest time I can bring my car in?
Drop off times in the morning start at 8.30am
Can I drop off my car after hours?
Yes. We have a secure key box and the car park area is under surveillance 24/7 for security.
Can I collect my car after hours?
Arrangements can be made with the office when making bookings.
Can you pick up my car from home?
We are able to provide collection and delivery within the town limits of Maryborough Vic
Can you drop me home when I deliver my car for servicing or repair?
Yes, as long as your home is within the town limits
What happens if something is not right after my car service?
We take great pride in our work, but if something doesn't seem quite right then let us know as soon as possible. And you have the added assurance of our REPCO Nationwide Warranty if you find yourself out of town.
Will you give me reminders when my next sercive is due?
Upon request we can set up service reminders for your vehicle/s.
Can my car be serviced at the same time it is repaired?
Yes, when the booking is made just let us know what you'd like us to do. It may take longer depending on what attention your car needs.

Can you fix other things while my car is being serviced?
Yes we can definitely attend to other issues while your car is being serviced. Be sure to let us know at time of booking so we can allocate extra time and order parts in advance.
Do you check my brakes during a service?
Yes we do. We check over your vehicle for current and future safety and maintenance issues
